SHIPPING POLICY

Created to Create Co prioritizes shipping to ensure our products make it safely to you.

  1. Packaging: Acrylic items are typically fragile and require careful packaging to prevent damage during transit. Created to Create Co uses protective measures such as bubble wrap, foam padding, and durable boxes to ensure the safe delivery of acrylic items.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options. The available shipping methods may affect the delivery time and cost.

  3. Shipping Costs: We try to find the best rates when shipping our products, with a purchase of $200 or more we waive the shipping fee. 

  4. Tracking: We provide a tracking number on all of our products that have been shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its delivery date.

  5. Insurance: Priority Shipping and Expedited shipping automatically come with insurance.

  6. International Shipping: If you are ordering another country, consider the customs regulations and any associated fees or duties. International shipping may involve additional paperwork and longer delivery times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Created to Create Co understands that there may be moments when you need to return or exchange an item. We currently offer returns on non customized orders. 

We do not accept return on any items that have been customized or personalized. If there was a mistake on our end we will fix the order itself. Customers should notify us of any concerns regarding their order within 3 days of receiving their order. Items should be shipped back with 5 days in order for applicable items to be replaced.
